About

I have previously been wary about writing a full-length bio about myself. I still am a bit wary (for now); however, I am willing to share a bit more about myself.

I am a writer, first and foremost. Other than taking English courses in high school and two required English courses in college, I do not have any formal training as a writer. I have been writing since I was 13 years old and have continued to develop and refine my craft ever since. Other than learning language arts rules, I picked up everything I know about writing by simply studying styles and the usage of words in books I read as a teenager. In fact, I still do so to this very day. You are never too old to learn new things.

I am a versatile writer who has written in many different areas. You can name it, and I have just about written in it at least once. While I do write for a living in IT, my passion is in fiction and to an extent, what I write here on my blog. One day, you will read my work as a published author because that is my goal. Perhaps you will even see a show written by my two brothers and I if/when we get something solid put together.

Here are a few other things about me that I am willing to share:

• I am not a professional blogger.
• I am planning to dive into entreprenueship in addition to pursuing other life-long dreams.
• I am a very creative person who is involved in artistic pursuits.
• I’m a tech junkie who loves gadgets and tries out the the latest “new thing” on the Internet; however, I must confess that there are times when I experience tech overload.
• I am an avid reader and have “tons” of books that I reread from time to time.
• I love to learn new things and have knowledge on “a little of everything.”
• I am a green tea enthusiast who happens to have a weakness for Starbuck’s iced green teas with a shot of raspberry or melon.
